CHANNEL PARTNERS

Based on the company's impressive performance, ABB Robotics Division, Sweden, has appointed it as channel partner/systems integrator for cutting solutions. The company has successfully coupled its plasma cutting machines to ABB Robot IRB2400 with cutting area of 3.5 mtrs x 11 mtrs with capacity to cut 100 mm steel thickness. The company has indigenously designed and developed these plasma cutting machines in India, at its own facility. The performance can be judged from the fact that with DIN 2591 standard defined for plasma cutting, the company has developed these products/machines with much better performance to achieve good cut quality at par with laser. Maintenance becomes trouble free except for a few components, which are also supplied by the company for the entire machine, and all other components are available anywhere in India at economical cost. This means the customer is independent as far as ensuring 'zero' down time during the process of production in terms of maintenance. The company has successfully installed a robotic plasma cutting system in Pune, with the facility of 3.5 mtrs x 11 mtrs cutting capacity of 100 mm steel. Plasma is 10 times cheaper than laser, and in the automotive market the cutting cost of metal is very important in which plasma can play a very vital role. The cutting speed is equivalent to laser or more than laser, at a very low cost. Whatever the requirement of end users – manual cutting, standard cutting or hi-tech cutting (i.e., XY-CNC or robot) – the company can provide an appropriate solution according to the exact needs. Apart from cutting solutions, it has gone ahead with various other robotic applications for forging, casting and foundry, CNC turning, and paper industry for applications like – ‘Pick n Place' including sorting by vision (camera) system, pouring application, etc.

We are pleased to announce the signing of a path breaking:
