Robotic Plasma Arc Cutting Machine
Our plasma cutting machine find wide application in industries like forging industry, sheet metal industry, automobile and medical industry, high precision industry etc. These are strong and compact in design and it is liberated from repetitive jobs and can cut a new 3D and 2D job every time. Our Plasma analyzer software enables nesting to be interfaced with the Robo-plasma. 2D and 3D offline and online flexible programming. Arc Welding Robots
Catering to wide applications in arc welding, machine tending and handling, packing, deburring and many more. These are available as standard, foundry, clean room and wash versions, all mechanical arms completely IP67 protected, making IRB 140 easy to integrate in and suitable for a variety of applications. The compact, robust design with integrated cabling adds to overall flexibility. The collision detection option with full path retraction makes robot reliable and safe. Our this robot is compact, powerful IRB 140 industrial robot. Its six axis multipurpose robot that handles payload of 5 kg, with long reach (810 mm).Optional floor, wall and suspended mounting. This is uniquely extended radius of working area due to bend-back mechanism of upper arm, axis 1 rotation of 360 degrees even as wall mounted. With the usage of IRB 140T, cycle-times are considerably reduced where axis 1 and 2 predominantly are used. Reductions between 15-20 % are possible using pure axis 1 and 2 movements. This faster versions is well suited for packing applications and guided operations together with PickMaster. IRB Foundry Plus and Wash versions are ideal for operating in extreme foundry environments and other harch environments with high requirements on corrosion resistance and tightness. In addition to the IP67 protection, excellent surface treatment makes the robot high pressure steam washable. The white-finish Clean Room version meets Clean Room class 10 regulations, making it especially suited for environments with stringent cleanliness standards.


   

Spot Welding Robots
Our spot welding machine comes in in several versions with different lengths of the arm and matching handling capacities. It is adapted for process applications and its upper arm extenders and different wrist modules allow customization to each process. Since the robot can bend fully backwards, the working range is greatly extended and the robot fits well into dense production lines. Its typical application areas are spot welding, material handling, and machine tending. Following are some essential features of our product: Service Information: Its built-in Service Information System monitors the motion and load of the machine and optimizes service requirements by itself. Safe: A range of software products have been added which all fall under the umbrella designation of active safety to protect not only personnel in the unlikely event of an accident, but also the robot itself. Active Safety Features Collision detection, which reduces the collision force substantially, is especially useful on robots handling high payloads. An Electronically Stabilized Path will ensure that the robot will maintain its planned path to its best capability considering acceleration, drag, gravity and inertia. This feature is secured through our TrueMove. Active Brake System: This system not only controls the braking while ensuring the robot maintains its path but permits rapid recovery too. To achieve optimized performance, the robot adapts to true payloads through its Self-tuning Performance. This feature is based on QuickMove. Passive Safety Features: Passive Safety Features include load identification, movable mechanical stops, double-safe limit switches, stiff steel structure, shape of the lower arm, and compactness of the upper arm.


   

Material Handling Robots
We introducing the Power Robot used extensively for press tending, spot welding and many more. These robots are come in four versions, 500 kg, 400 kg, 340 kg and 150 kg handling capacities. The robot is best suitable for weighty applications, regardless of industry. Its major areas can be handling of heavy fixtures, turning car bodies, lifting engines, handling heavy parts in foundries or forges, loading and unloading of machine cells, alternatively handling large and heavy pallet layers. Industrial Robot
Our IRB 6620 extends the IRB 6600 family and shares physical attributes such as floor and wrist interfaces, floor cable connectors and controller with other robots in the family. Many spare parts are also the same. This robot is a flexible and agile with a large working envelope. The robot combines four robots in one: floor-standing, tilted or inverted mounted and shelf capability. This compact robot opens up opportunities for new flexible and improved line concepts. Following are some of the functions of our product: • It combines four robots in one in terms of saving floor space, creating higher robot density and shorter lines. This is relatively small and compact robot which is easy to install because of its low weight. In spite of its small size neither the handling capacity nor the reachability are affected. • Putting the robot in retracted position, making it work from below (crawler) and working on the rear side of the robot are some examples of efficient working methods resulting in a more dense and agile solution. • The robot's compactness and shelf capability also make it ideally suited for applications where robots are placed in two layers. The upper robot may in this case be tilted to increase space between the two layers.


   

Cutting And Deburring
Our cutting and deburring is an extremely fast,compact robot for medium to heavy handling. Its exceptional all-round capabilities make it suitable for a variety of manufacturing applications. The load capacity up to 60 kg at very high speeds which usually permits handling of two parts at a time. A rigid,well-balanced design and patented TrueMove™ function provides smooth and fast movement throughout the entire working range. This ensures very high quality in applications such as cutting. Its rapid maneuverability makes the IRB 4400 perfectly matched for applications where speed and flexibility are important. Its compact design and protected versions enables use in situations where conventional robots cannot work,such as foundry and spraying applications. This robot is widely demanded in applications like cutting, deburring, material handling, packing and many more. The foundry plus versions are IP 67 protected and can be washed with high pressure steam which make them ideal for use in harsh environments. It has well-balanced steel arms with double bearing joints, a torque-strut on axis 2 and use of maintenance-free gearboxes and cabling also contribute to the highest level of reliability. The drive train is optimized to give high torque with the lowest power consumption for economic operation. The extensive communication capabilities include serial links,network interfaces,PLC,remote I/O and field bus interfaces. This makes for easy integration in small manufacturing stations as well as large scale factory automation systems. Grinding- Polishing Robots
Our grinding and polishing robot is the most popular industrial robot in the world with a total of 14,000 installations. It comprises a complete family of application optimized robots that maximize the efficiency of arc welding, process and tending applications. It offers increased production rates, reduced lead times and faster delivery for the manufactured product. The arc welding model has 1.8 meters reach, 7 kg load capacity, large working range and slim arm and wrist. Other models offer handling capacity of up to 16 kg, 1.5 – 1.8 meters reach, excellent motion control, large load offset and unlimited motion in axis 6. Our robot offer inverted mounting capability and its compact design ensures ease of installation.
